Misc. No. 58 of 2015 whereby the prayer of the petitioners for extension of period of surrender before the Court in connection with Akorhigola P. S. Case No. 08 of 2014 has been rejected. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this application. Leave is granted.
The application is dismissed as withdrawn.
