The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is allegation against the petitioner that due to her illicit relation with Sugreev Bind, she with the help of Sugreev Bind have committed murder of the deceased.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 23.06.2016. The charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is a lady. Except for suspicion, there is no other material to suggest her

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45911 of 2016 (2) dt.24-10-2016 2/2 implication in the present case. The main allegation is against coaccused namely Sugreev Bind. On behalf of the state, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Simri P.S. Case No. 80 of 2016.
