JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 01-08-2018 Earlier appeal of the appellant with regard to grant bail was dismissed vide order dated 19.08.2017 passed in Criminal Appeal (SJ). No. 2084 of 2017 in connection with Nabinagar P.S. Case No. 114 of 2017.

Submission of learned counsel for the appellant that the appellant has remained in custody for fifteen months and there is no likelihood of conclusion of trial in near future and he is ready to abide by any condition imposed on him.

Heard learned Special P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of incarceration of the appellant, this appeal is allowed, let the appellant above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.1842 of 2018 (4) dt.01-08-2018 2/2 25,000/- ( Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge cum Special Judge SC/ST, Aurangabad, in connection with Nabinagar P.S. Case No. 114 of 2017, subject to the condition that appellant shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and shall appear as and when required by the court, failing which, the prosecution shall move for cancellation of her bail bonds.
