Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a resident of Bhojpur district whereas the case is of Gandhi Maidan Police Station, Patna, as such, he has no close relative, who has sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned police station. Hence, the word "police station" in the 4th line at page 3 of the order dated 01.09.2017 passed in the instant case granting bail to the petitioner in connection with Sessions Trial No. 177 of 2016, arising out of Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No. 441 of 2016 pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-Xth, Patna may be deleted. Prayer is allowed.
The word "police station" in the 4th line at page 3
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26288 of 2017 (4) dt.06-09-2017 2/2 of the order dated 01.09.2017 is deleted.
