JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 12-07-2017 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Aurari P.S. Case No. 09/13, registered for offences punishable under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is husband of the deceased and allegation against him is causing dowry death of the deceased. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that though petitioner is husband, however, no specific allegation has been levelled against him. Further he has been in custody 14.02.2017.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances of the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail, his application for regular bail is,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27101 of 2017 (2) dt.12-07-2017 2/2 accordingly, rejected.

However, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial and try to conclude it as soon as possible.
