Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Lachhuar P.S. Case No. 15 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 504, 506 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 12.02.2023 and he is quite innocent and has not committed any offence.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-I, Jamui/concerned Court below in connection with Lachhuar P.S. Case No. 15 of 2023.
