23.09.2015 In the nature of dispute between the parties, notices had been issued to the Opposite Party No. 2 but she could not be reached.

Considering the merits of the case, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 19.03.2014 is, hereby, confirmed on the same terms in connection with Complaint Case No. 2933 of 2012 pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan. However, from henceforth, the Petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs. 1,000/- per month instead of Rs. 750/- in favour of the Complainant as earlier directed by this Court.
