23.09.2015 Even though the parties had appeared before this Court and expressed their willingness to live together but it does not seem they did so.

Without looking into the facts of either of the parties, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 03.04.2014 is, hereby, confirmed on the same terms in connection with Complaint Case No. C-866 of 2011 (Tr. No. 3948 of 2013) pending before Sri R.K. Bharti, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, East Champaran at Motihari (or its successor).

However, from henceforth, the Petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs. 1,500/- per month instead of Rs. 750/- in favour of the Informant as earlier directed by this Court. Vikash/- (Anjana Prakash, J.) U T
