This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 399, 402 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code, 25(1b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act, 3 and 4 of the Explosive Substances Act and 47(A) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

Submission of the petitioner is that similarly situated co-accused, Heera Sahni, has been allowed regular bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 48823 of 2016 on 14.12.2016. Co-accused, Deep Lal Sahni @ Burbha Sahni and Naveen Kumar, have been allowed regular bail in Cr. Misc. No. 54544 of 2016 and Cr. Misc. No. 39532 of 2016. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Pupri P.S. Case No. 136 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri, Sitamarhi, or successor Court.
