ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 28-09-2015 The Petitioners seek revision of the judgment of conviction dated 2.6.2014 passed by the District & Sessions Judge, Saran at Chapra in Criminal Appeal No.175 of 2013, by which he has upheld the conviction of the Petitioners passed on 27.9.2013 by the S.D.J.M., Chapra in Trial No.566 of 2013 arising out of CGS case No.61 of 2001.

Having gone through the impugned order, I do not find any merit in the application.

With the aforesaid modification in sentence, the revision application stands dismissed.
