8 ltrs. of countrymade wine has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that, petitioner happens to be under custody since 04.08.2016. As per para 3, there happens to be absence of criminal antecedent of the petitioner.

Accordingly, petitioner namely Chunnu Sah is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Motihari, East
