The state counsel excepts notice for respondents no. 1 to 4.

In the instant application, petitioner has prayed for following reliefs :- i. That the respondents may be directed to make payment of salary to the petitioner in terms of 7th pay revision committee report as being provided to other employees of the Bihar Institute of Public Administration and Rural Development (BIPARD).

Patna High Court CWJC No.1310 of 2021(2) dt.17-01-2022 2/2 ii. That the respondents may be directed to give benefit of D.A. to the petitioner as provided to other employees of the State Government.

iii. That any other relief or reliefs may be allowed which may be just proper and equitable in the opinion of this Hon'ble Court.

In support of his grievance, the petitioner has submitted representation as is evident from Annexures-12 and 13 series dated 27.9.2019 and 14.11.2017 respectively. Therefore, the concerned respondent is hereby directed to redress the grievance of the petitioner stated in the representations and pass speaking order and communicate the same to the petitioner whether he is entitled to have his grievance or not.
