JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 23-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The application is for grant of bail for the offence under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 30 of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that though it is alleged that about 01 ltr. of foreign-made liquor has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and the petitioner is in custody for about two months and the petitioner has clean antecedent.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides. In view of the fact that he is in custody for about two months, let petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten
