The Petitioner seeks bail in Obra P.S. Case No. 21 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Section 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(A) of the Excise Act. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and has been sufficiently penalized for the offence alleged. The petitioner is in custody since, 20.02.2017.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.II cum Special Judge, Aurangabad in connection with
