1. Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respective parties at length.
2. Present contempt petition is being preferred by the petitioner for non-compliance of the order passed by this Court dated 19.02.2009 in M.J.C. No. 3007 of 2007 which was preferred alleging non-compliance of the order dated 16.07.2007 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 9104 of 2005. 2.1. It is not in dispute that the dispute/matter reached up to the Hon'ble Supreme Court and thereafter the issue was remanded to this Court and thereafter a fresh order has been passed in the case of the very petitioner by the learned Single
Patna High Court MJC No.1305 of 2009(9) dt.24-08-2018 2/2 Judge of this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 19205 of 2017. Therefore, unless challenged and/or any contrary order is passed by any higher Court/Forum, the respondents are required to comply with the said order.
