The Petitioner seeks bail in Nawada P.S.

Case No. 250 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and nothing has been recovered from his possession. The petitioner is in custody since 24.04.2017, and has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26174 of 2017 (2) dt.08-06-2017 2/2 (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M. Nawada in connection Nawada P.S. Case No. 250 of 2017.
