The Petitioner seeks revision 12.5.2014 by which the Sessions Judge, Purnea, in Criminal Revision No. 509 of 2013 set aside the order dated 10.10.2013 by which the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Araria, in Case No. 623M of 2013 converted a Proceeding under Section 144 Cr. P.C. into one under Section 145 Cr. P.C. Since the Proceeding was of the year 2013 and these Provisions are for emergent purposes only, I would not be inclined to interfere in the matter at this late stage.
The application is disposed off with liberty to the Parties to avail their remedies in accordance with law.
