Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 349 of 2018 for offences punishable under Sections 5 (1) (A) (B) (C) (D) Immoral Traffic Prevention Act, 1956. As per instruction, raid was conducted at two hotels wherefrom so many persons (male/Female) were apprehended being in objectionable condition. Petitioner happens to be one of the persons who is under custody since 24.05.2018. Furthermore, from perusal of the written report it is evident that there happens to be complete absence of the material at the end of the prosecution that money was paid for having sexual indulgence with the girls.
Accordingly, petitioner, Rakesh Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
