The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in a case registered under section 21(b) of the NDPS Act. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 9.3.2022 (Annexure-1) passed in Cr. Misc. no. 47711 of 2021 giving liberty to the petitioner to renew her prayer for bail after four months. The petitioner is in custody since 4.6.2021. She is a lady and has no criminal antecedent. Heard learned Spl. PP for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the petitioner who is a lady having remained in custody for more than 1 year together with the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41970 of 2022(2) dt.14-09-2022 2/2 liberty granted by the aforesaid order of rejection dated 9.3.2022, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with N.D.P.S P.S. Case no. 20 of 2021 (arising out of Koilwar P.S. Case no. 247 of 2021) on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Bhojpur at Ara.
