The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341,323,324,504,448,379 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioner and her husband came to the door of the informant when the husband of the petitioner attempted to assault the informant with bicycle chain when the informant snatched the chain, thereafter the husband of the petitioner caused injury with knife to the informant when the wife of the informant came, she was also assaulted by the accused persons. It is further alleged that the accused persons took away ornaments and forty thousand cash from the house of the

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner happens to be the wife of the younger brother of the informant and due to property dispute the accusation has been levelled.

Considering the fact that the case was registered in 2010 and the present application has been filed in 2015, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner but keeping in view the fact that petitioner is a lady and the accusation is not specific against her, it is a case for consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner by the learned court below in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Barahara (Krishnagarh) P.S. Case No. 174 of 2010 pending in the court of learned CJM, Bhojpur at Ara. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
