The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Section 25 (1-B)A, 26, 35 of Arms Act and Section 47 of Excise Act.

It has been submitted that one pistol with magazine, one half fill bottle of Royal Stag and Nokia mobile was recovered from possession of this petitioner. The seizure list has been enclosed with the written report. From photo copy of seizure list, it appears that the same does not bear signature of this petitioner. It has further been submitted that petitioner is in custody since 11.07.2016.

No.54105 of 2016 (4) dt.31-01-2017 2/2 In such circumstances, keeping in view the period spent by the petitioner in custody, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga, in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 271 of 2016, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relative of the petitioner.
