JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 11-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned counsel for the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Nawada Town P. S. Case No. 219 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the prayer portion of the bail petition.

Petitioner is not named in the written report. The informant has taken the name of co accused persons, namely Ravindra Yadav and Arvind Yadav. The informant has alleged that he has suspicion that co-accused Ravindra Yadav and Arvind Yadav has caused firearm injury to his son, namely,

The name of this petitioner has come during investigation on the basis of the supervision note of the police. Thereafter, the petitioner has been arrested and police recorded his confessional statement. Petitioner is in custody since 30.5.2018.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the CJM Nawada in connection with Nawada Town P. S. Case No. 219 of 2018 subject to the condition that both the bailers shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
