2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 72 litres of illicit country made liquor has been recovered from a motorcycle.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioner was not arrested from the spot and nothing has been recovered from her conscious possession.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the fact that petitioner is registered owner of the motorcycle from which the said recovery has been effected, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
