The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Ganga Bridge P.S.Case No.30 of 2017 registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that though the petitioner is named in the FIR, neither any specific nor any general and omnibus allegation of assaulting the deceased has been made against him, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Ganga Bridge P.S.Case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26494 of 2017 (3) dt.17-10-2017 2/2 No.30 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today.
