2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 30(a)(c)(d) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per F.I.R., 116.6 liters of foreign liquor has been recovered from the Santro car.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of petitioner and has been implicated in this case only because he is the owner of the vehicle in question. Petitioner has got three criminal antecedent of similar nature.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the fact that petitioner is registered owner of the car from which, aforesaid recovery has been effected and also the criminal antecedents of similar nature, the
