The petitioner is in custody since 16.08.2016 in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No. 239 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 47(a) and 47(g) of the New Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

Considering the nature of allegations made and that the recoveries were not made from his conscious possession, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No.239 of 2016.
