JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 30-11-2022 Though, the present writ petition was filed to remove the encroachment made over the Government land, situated south of the land of the petitioner appertaining to MouzaUprama, Thana no. 74, Khata no. 348, Khesra no. 183, Rakwa-7 decimals, however, the learned counsel for the respondent State, by referring to the counter affidavit filed in the present case, has submitted that the encroachment in question has already been removed, a fact which has not been disputed by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Nonetheless, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that debris is still lying at the place in question.
