The petitioner seeks bail in Teghra P.S. case No. 330 of 2015 under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant, Jagdish Singh, on his head with iron rod and Abhinandan Singh is alleged to have assaulted the informant with Tangi on his left hand. One injury on the head and two injuries on the arm of Jagdish Singh were found. Petitioner is author of injury No.3, found on head, which is simple in nature. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner
