JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-06-2018 The present petition has been filed for regularization of the services of the petitioner on the ground that he has been continuously for about 40 years.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be permitted to raise his grievance before the department and the concerned authority may be directed to consider the case of the petitioner for regularization in a sympathetic manner on the ground that the petitioner has been continuously working for about 40 years.
