Petitioner is languishing in custody since 16.09.2016 in connection with Puraini P.S. Case No. 29 of 2016 for the offences punishable under Section 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(a)/53(a) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

Fifteen liters of country-made liquor was recovered from the possession of this petitioner on 30.04.2016. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51766 of 2016 (2) dt.30-11-2016 2/2 Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Uda Kishunganj, Madhepura, in connection with Puraini P.S. Case No. 29 of 2016.
