Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sakatpur P.S. Case No. 55 of 2016 registered under Sections- 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner only used to reprimand his daughter against her love affair and due to suspicion only he has been arrested and that charge-sheet has already been submitted in the case under section 306/201 of the Indian Penal Code.
