Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Riga P.S.Case No.317/18 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners and other accused persons is of kidnapping of the minor daughter of the informant.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that in this case father , son and other family members have been made accused and nothing else has been attributed against the petitioner and considering the same, other accused

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37999 of 2019(4) dt.20-09-2019 2/2 persons have been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court , vide order dated 26.7.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.46329 of 2019 .

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, surrender before the learned court below within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the order and on surrender he will be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Sitamarhi in connection with Riga P.S.Case No.317 of 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
