Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 121/121A/120B of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 3/4/5 of the Explosive Substances Act and Sections 10/11/13/17/18/18A/18B/19/20 of the U.A.P. Act. Submission is that similarly situated co-accused Dinesh Ram has already been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.42878 of 2016 on 09.01.2017. Perused the record.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
