SINHA) Date: 30-10-2015 From the averments made in Paragraph 5 of the supplementary counter affidavit dated 28.06.2013 filed in this Court on 12.07.2013 on behalf of respondent Executive Engineer, Water Ways Division, Biharsharif, Nalanda it appears that progress has been made in order to complete the work, which is evident from photographs taken at the work site after 25.06.2013. Petitioner, however, is still not satisfied as according to him the drain is required

Patna High Court C. REV. No.238 of 2011 dt.30-10-2015 to be further extended by 200 metres otherwise the purpose for which it has been laid is not going to be served.

2. Let Executive Engineer, Water Ways Division, Biharsharif, Nalanda or his superiors or the Collector of the district or the competent authority consider aforesaid grievance of the petitioner and do the needful in public interest.

Necessary consideration in this regard be made as early as possible, in any case within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order before the Executive Engineer concerned.

3. With the aforesaid observation the Review Petition is disposed of.
