The petitioner is accused in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 258 of 2016, registered under Section 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that regarding theft of the motorcycle of the informant Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 258 of 2016, registered under Section 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code against unknown and after investigation, the Police submitted Final Form in the present case, the looted motorcycle of the present case was recovered from the joint house of the petitioner and thereafter, Raghopur P.S. Case No. 43 of 2016 was instituted and the petitioner was
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.146 of 2017 (2) dt.12-01-2017 2/2 remanded in that case. The petitioner was remanded in that case in which the petitioner is on bail. Thereafter, the petitioner has been remanded in the present case on 23.08.2016. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 258 of 2016. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit showing his relation with the petitioner.
