Petitioner seeks bail in Jagdishpur P.S.Case No.127 of 2017 registered for the offences under Section 392 of the I.P.C. Allegation as per the F.I.R. is that accused persons entered inside the show room and committed dacoity of Rs.1,20,000/- and snatched golden chain worth of Rs.30,000/- and also demanded rangdari from him.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is not named in the F.I.R. and he has been made accused on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused and though he is accused in four cases, he is in custody since 23.06.2017. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46925 of 2018 (3) dt.19-09-2018 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, and in view of the nature of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. His prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. However, once charge is framed, the trial court shall release him on bail to his own satisfaction.

This application is disposed of.
