The Petitioner seeks bail in Jai Nagar P.S. Case No.84 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 272, 273 Indian Penal Code and Section 30-A and 37-B of Bihar Excise Act, 2016.
It has been submitted that total 90 litres Nepali liquor is said to have been recovered from the rented house of Shyam Watch.
Sezirue list has been annexed with First Information Report, which does not bear the signature of the petitioner, who is a lady. She is said to be in custody since 04.04.2017. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the Petitioner,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26722 of 2017 (4) dt.12-07-2017 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Madhubani, in connection with Jai Nagar P.S. Case No.84 of 2017, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
