JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-01-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-272, 273, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner happens to be truck driver and it is alleged that in huge quantity Indian made foreign liquor as well as country-made liquor was recovered from the truck of the petitioner.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that some co-accused having more or less similar allegation, have already been granted privilege of bail by different benches of this court whereas; the petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 05-07-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48319 of 2016 (2) dt.16-01-2017 2/2 2016 without having any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Nasriganj P.S.
