Petitioner seeks bail in Nadi P.S. Case No.104 of 2019 giving rise to Special Case No.4180 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that total 45 litres illicit Mahua liquor has been recovered from the house of the petitioner. Seizure list is part of the First Information Report, which does not bear signature either of the petitioner or his family members.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 06.05.2019 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of
