The petitioners being the parents, brother and sister of the husband of the victim are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the sister of the informant after about five years of the marriage for nonfulfillment of the dowry demand. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that victim was residing with her husband at

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33137 of 2015 (2) dt.11-08-2015 2/2 Jehanabad in a rented house where she committed suicide and the police after breaking the door took out the dead body while found hanging with the ceiling fan. The petitioners claimed to be separate from the victim and her husband.

Considering the fact that the victim died after five years of marriage in a rented house at different place and not at the house of the petitioners, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad Mahila P.S. Case No. 09 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
