This application has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for modification of the order dated 17.9.2016 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. 39518 of 2016. It is contended that the bail was granted to the petitioners vide order dated 17.9.2016 to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J. 1st, Bagaha, but, the case is pending in the court of leanred Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran. In that view of the matter, in the order dated 17th September, 2016, "A.D.J. 1st Bagha" be read as "Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran".

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42794 of 2016 (2) dt.28-09-2016 2/2 Let this order be communicated to the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran, in connection with Gobardhana P.S. Case No. 19 of 2016 forthwith. The modification application stands allowed.
