JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-04-2016 By way of the present application preferred under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 29.11.2010 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in Complaint Case No. 2787 (C) of 2010, whereby the petitioner has been summoned to face trial.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this application in order to raise all the points available to the petitioner at the stage of framing of charge.
