Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 47(A), 53(A) of Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

Four bottles, each containing 600 ml. country made liquor are said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner and petitioner was also found in inebriated condition. Petitioner is in jail custody since 10.08.2016. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
