The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case, in brief, is that the petitioner in association of his other family members is said to have badly thrashed the sister of the informant. The petitioner also assaulted her by means of sickle on several parts of her body. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no such occurrence as alleged ever took place. He has been falsely implicated in this case due to personal grudge. The allegation levelled against the petitioner is not specific rather

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37354 of 2020(3) dt.03-03-2021 2/2 general and omnibus in nature. The petitioner is other than husband and separated in mess. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and has been languishing in custody since 10.01.2020.

Learned APP for the State opposed the bail petition. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate I/C, Kishanganj in connection with Thakurganj P.S. Case No.03 of 2020.
