JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the Power Distribution Company Ltd.
The petitioner is a domestic consumer of Power Holding Company. Her house is situated in East Boring Canal Road, Patna. The meter was installed in 2011. The petitioner complained that the meter was defective, however, the Bill was charged on the random basis.
The petitioner is aggrieved with the bill dated
Patna High Court CWJC No.10238 of 2014 (4) dt.07-10-2015 2 / 2 27.11.2013 for Rs.5,10,220.36. The petitioner has also filed a representation before the Executive Engineer, New Capital Division, Patna.
In my view, if the petitioner approaches the Executive Engineer, New Capital Division, South Bihar Power Distribution Company, the said respondent would dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. This application stands disposed of.
