The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 379, 448, 323, 324, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that co-accused Gulzari Yadav, Ramjee Yadav and petitioner Santosh Yadav assaulted with Bhujali on the head of the informant Saudagar Yadav whereas it is alleged against petitioner Kallu Yadav assaulted with iron rod to the son of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33144 of 2015 (02) dt.11-08-2015 2/2 petitioners that there is a counter version of the occurrence and out of four injuries received by the son of the informant only one injury has been found to be grievous.

Consider the nature of accusation, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 01 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Jamui. With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
