JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 07-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is an accused in Piprahi P.S. Case No. 48 of 2017 for the offence under sections 379 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is for pick pocketing of the informant.

In paragraph-3 there is statement on affidavit that the petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Having regard to the facts that the petitioner has got clean antecedent as stated on affidavit in paragraph-3 and the fact that nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27603 of 2017 (2) dt.07-07-2017 2/2 bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar, in connection with Piprahi P.S. Case No. 48 of 2017 on the condition that the petitioner will extend full cooperation in the trial and will not, in any manner, tamper with the evidence or influence the witnesses.
