2.Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3.The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 141 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

4.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 19.11.2022 and the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case and the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R.

5.Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and has submitted that the petitioner has four criminal antecedent.

7.Considering the aforesaid facts and the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

8.Accordingly, this application is dismissed. 9.The Court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner.
