2. This is the third attempt of the petitioner for grant of bail, who is custody since 06.03.2017, in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 137 of 2017 (S.T. No. 250 of 2018) having earlier been rejected twice by this Court by orders dated 09.10.2017 and 25.07.2018 in Criminal Miscellaneous No.38355 of 2017 and Criminal Miscellaneous No. 30039 of 2018, respectively.

3. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that after passing of the order dated 25.07.2018 charges have been framed against the petitioner in January, 2019 but since then only one prosecution witness has been examined.

4. Having heard learned senior counsel for the petitioner and learned APP, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner at this stage.

5. The petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail if the trial is not concluded within a period of six months.
