Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 324/302/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The F.I.R. relating to offence of murder has been registered against unknown. The petitioner was arrested by the police without any material against the petitioner and his confessional statement was recorded wherein he admitted his guilt.
